INTERMEDIATE LIFE SUPPORT (ILS) PRACTITIONER - Kwazulu-Natal
Medi Response is seeking experienced and committed Intermediate Life Support (ILS) Practitioners to join our operations team across the KwaZulu-Natal region.

As part of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, performing advanced patient assessments and interventions within your scope of practice, and supporting emergency response operations with professionalism, sound clinical judgment and patient-centered approach.

Key responsibilities
-Respond promptly to emergency incidents and provide Intermediate Life Support care.
-Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and deliver appropriate treatment within your scope of practice.
-Accurately complete patient report forms and all required operational documentation.
-Collaborate effectively with colleagues, healthcare facilities, and other stakeholders.
-Maintain compliance with clinical guidelines, protocols, and organisational standards.
-Ensure emergency vehicles, medical equipment, and supplies remain operationally ready.
Minimum requirements
-Current HPCSA registration as an Intermediate Life Support Practitioner (AEA) or equivalent.
-CPD compliant and in good standing with the HPCSA.
-Valid driver's licence and PrDP.
-Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
-Strong clinical knowledge and sound decision-making abilities.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Professional appearance, reliability, and a commitment to service excellence.
-Ability to work flexible shifts in line with operational requirements.
